Privacy: None of the information gathered on this site will be shared with any other party.

Payment Options: At the present time we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, paypal as well as visa, mastercard, discover and american express. 

Shipping: Items will be shipped in accordance to how they are purchased. Items paid by cash, money orders and cashiers checks will be shipped within 48 hours via US mail or FEDX ground.  If you need faster delivery call us at 866-760-5648 for arrangements.  Items purchased with personal checks will be shipped as soon as the check clears.  If you are an established customer we would ship upon receipt of your check.  The same is true of paypal.  We would until the transaction is confirmed unless you are an established client for which we would ship immediately.  We want you to get your merchandise as soon as possible without putting ourselves at risk financially. We try to be fair when it comes to shipping and handling. It is not our desire to profit in this way. It is very difficult to get it right for every client in every location. We have changed our policies a few times and are still looking for the most accurate method.

    Choose the cheapest option at checkout. The standard shipping option is based on per item while the UPS option is based on order amount. An EXCEPTION to this is when you order cardboard boxes. These must be calculated on a per item basis because of the high shipping costs. Choose standard shipping when ordering boxes. *INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: THE SHIPPING PRICES YOU WILL SEE ON THE SITE ARE FOR THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES  ONLY. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND ALASKA AND HAWAII, CONTACT ME WITH YOUR ORDER AND I WILL CALCULATE YOUR SHIPPING AND PROCESS YOUR ORDER MANUALLY. YOU WILL ONLY PAY WHAT IT COSTS ME!

Refund/Exchange Policy:  If you receive merchandise that has a manufacturer's defect, has been damaged in transit or is not the product which was ordered, we will exchange the item for a new one or the correct one upon return of the item you received. Your request must be made within 7 days of delivery. Other than that all sales are final.
